Adobe Lightroom 5 Workshop




Kathleen Libbey presents a two-day Adobe Lightroom 5 Workshop. Libbey is a retired computer consultant with degrees in accounting and organizational management. After spending 25 years in the computer industry managing her own companies, Libbey sold her business and relocated to Myrtle Beach. In 1997, she made the move from film to digital photography. Some of Libbey’s previous workshops and classes include: Lightroom, Digital Photography Workflow, Understanding Your Digital Camera, Photo Composition, Using Your Digital Camera’s Creative Modes, Picasa, and Photographing Flowers.

Photoshop Lightroom 5 is photo editing software from Adobe that simplifies photo organizing, enhancing, and sharing. This workshop’s first session covers the Library and Develop modules using instructor-supplied photographs. In the second session, continue learning about more advanced tools in the Develop module and output modules.

Be sure to bring a computer with Lightroom 5 already installed and activated to the workshop. You also need the ability to access a CD/DVD drive or USB port for importing the photos during class.

The Adobe Lightroom 5 Workshop takes place on Saturday, May 10, 2014 (Session 1) and Saturday, May 17, 2014 (Session 2). Both sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. The fee is $100, or $75 for Seacoast/CNPA members. Space is limited. Email [email protected] to reserve your seat.
