Watercolor Workshop with Rose Edin

Rose Edin Art 001

Rose Edin presents Making Color Sing, a watercolor workshop. Learn the use of color harmonies to improve your paintings, and explore a variety of techniques designed to bring freedom and spontaneity to your work, such as painting wet into wet, and pouring and spattering paint directly onto the paper. Subject matter for the workshop may include floral, landscape, buildings in a setting, or figures incorporated into the painting.

Rose Edin’s teaching and use of color is widely admired. She holds signature membership in the American Watercolor Society (AWS), the National Watercolor Society (NWS), and the Transparent Watercolor Society of America (TWSA). Additionally, she is the author of numerous books, including Color Harmonies: Paint Watercolors Filled with Light.

The workshop takes place from Sunday, October 25 through Thursday, October 30, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Beach Cove Resort in North Myrtle Beach. The cost is $550 with a $100 deposit to secure your spot. Find additional information along with the application here. To register, email rebecca@artmyrtlebeach.com.
